April 01 – Oktober 31

For 2 persons                                      80 € / per night

For every additional person                25 € / per night

November 01 – March 31

For 2 persons                                           70 € / per night

For every additional person (over 16)     20 € / per night

Children until the age of 3                            free

The minimum duration of stay is 5 nights. Is the duration of stay 14 days or more, we give a reduction on the rates of 10 percent.

Costs for gas, water, electricity, and final cleaning are already included.

You are further required to pay a bed tax of 5,6 % per night. This tax has to be paid on the spot.

The holiday apartment will be ready for you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please leave the apartment by 11 a.m. Other arrangements are possible upon request.

Reservations are possible via telephone, e-mail, or internet. If the apartment is still available for the requested dates, you will immediately receive a confirmation of your reservation.

Payment

After receiving a written confirmation of your reservation / an invoice, please pay € 50 in the next seven days. The remaining sum has to be paid on the spot. It's not possioble to with EC- or VISA-card
